From Our Family to Yours

Owner Tim Soots purchased Bill's Seafood Market, along with Crabby Oddwaters (just upstairs from Bill's) in 2019. Tim and the rest of the Soots family cares deeply about Bill's, Crabbys, and their community. They focus on fresh seafood, caught by locals, in local waters.

Tim's has a passion for providing the freshest possible seafood, so he wasn't satisfied with simply running a seafood restaurant and the market. To be absolutely sure the seafood you find at Bill's is the freshest around, Tim also owns his own shrimping and fishing boats, which bring most of in the daily catch you see at our counters.
